Access Support Services

Access Support Services

I am currently fully booked for access support work until April 2026.

If you’re planning to make an application to Arts Council England or Creative Scotland I can help you with planning, writing, and submitting your application.

Access Support is funded by the Arts Council where you live, and is available for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people as well anyone experiencing poor physical or mental health. If you self-identify as facing any of these access barriers, I can help you make an access support request.

What does an Access Support worker do?

  • If you find it easer to talk through your project ideas in a 1-1 chat, I can transcribe material from our conversation and help you clarify your ideas.
  • I can help you organise the tasks for your application, assist with time management, and support you with thinking through your project plan.
  • I can work from notes from our 1-1s, and/or notes and drafts that you provide, to organise the writing for your application. I will ensure that everything is clear, accurate and inside your word or character count.
  • I can support you with the application portal, by inputting your application information or by checking it through with you before you submit.

Contact me

If you want to find out more, drop me an email. I’m happy to meet online for a free 30 minute chat to discuss your needs and ideas, and you can see if working together feels like a good fit for you.
